In-Store Pick Up Terms & Conditions

In-Store Pick Up allows you to order selected Quiksilver, Roxy and DC Shoes products and collect the order from selected Quiksilver, Roxy or Boardriders stores.

In-Store Pick Up orders under $50.00 will be charged a $5.00 fee, In-Store Pick Up orders over $50.00 are free of charge.

Place your orders online and collect them from selected stores in a few simple steps:

• Shop online at www.quiksilver.com.au, www.roxyaustralia.com.au or www.dcshoes.com.au;
• Add your items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout;
• Select “Store Pickup” as the Delivery Method;
• Select your preferred store (the stores available for the product(s) you are purchasing will appear when you select the delivery method).
• Click “Continue” and complete the remaining steps at Checkout

*Please note:

• The order is being dispatched from the warehouse, please allow 2-4 business days before you go in store to pick up.
• During major sales events and promotions, In-Store Pick Up may be temporarily unavailable.
• The In-Store Pick Up service is currently only available to customers located within Australia.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue the In-Store Pick Up service at any time, without notice.
